Luke Herro is the founder and principal of LGH Longview, a private investment firm built on the conviction that patient, disciplined capital allocation is the most reliable path to wealth creation.

A proven value investor with a track record of identifying undervalued opportunities across equities, real estate, and emerging sectors, Luke's investment philosophy is grounded in one foundational belief: that how we measure matters. Decisions built on flawed assumptions compound poorly over time, while decisions grounded in genuine value, even if uncomfortable in the short term, tend to endure.

Luke has a broad vision, and is particularly aware of the power of character and manner when working with people. His ability to build positive relationships based on trust, both internally and externally to the organisation, is one of his greatest strengths.

Luke holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and brings a diverse entrepreneurial background spanning venture capital, corporate operations, and brand development. He has designed and developed a uniform and accessories range for an iconic Australian brand. He is also a recipient of the Westfield Award for Retail Excellence in NSW men's fashion.

His investment approach draws on across decades of real-world capital deployment, navigating financial crises, identifying deep value dislocations, and building positions with conviction when others retreat.
